EasyScript (2005-2006)

EasyScript is a shorthand system that was developed more than 16 years ago. The author created a type of editor for use with EasyScript in the mid 80s and sold the editor along with his book, tapes, cdroms, and presentations. He wanted to update the editor to something more modern and this is the result. For this project a complete langauge process was written to convert his special shorthand into real words. This also includes a parser that went through hundreds of thousands of online texts to produce an initial scoring database. |

This is the main editor. Notice that it has a very modern look and feel as well as custom icons, custom drawn toolbars, and a very modern IE7 style tabbed interface.

This is a real-time rules processor within the application. It shows that even a small dialog within the program can be styleized.

The ES method involves a set of rules. This window shows an editor for one of those rules called the Simple Words rule.

In this image you can see a menu expanded showing just how much attention to detail goes into every part of the program.
